Reminds me of me, OP (though I think I'm a little younger). I'm just glad my friends have stopped suggesting "you need to get laid" as a fix for my problems (it turned out what I really needed was antidepressants. Woot)

I, uh, hope your friends have stopped giving that suggestion (to other people now, I guess?), because when you're in a bad place, you tend to gravitate towards romantic partners that aren't that good, and it just makes things worse
