If this is a running pattern for you, maybe consider looking into getting checked out for Seasonal Affective Disorder?

I've had depression for years. But it's worse in winter, indeed.

Thanks for the idea, I will talk about this to my psychiatrist after we go back to our city. I had forgotten about this issue - and it's summer here, so I didn't thought I would encounter a rainy day, and that it would affect me this much.
