Yes. I'm sure a lot do. However, a lot also do not. A lot are actually very good.

Those that are good (and I agree that there ARE good ones) aren't enough to make up for the shitty ones that seem to pop up in every single dub. At least not for me personally. American dubbing for anime has a long way to go before it catches up to the acting for just regular American cartoons (I'm aware that some actors and actresses do voices for both anime and American cartoons, and they are usually the more talented ones).

You see, I can't tell if the Japanese voices are terrible or not, so I'd rather watch stuff subbed because ignorance is bliss.
