I think my biggest issue with dubbing is that Funimation is doing most of it. They aren't terrible, but hearing the same small group of people dubbing almost everything becomes tiresome after awhile.

There are a few VAs I really like and will listen to regardless of how good/bad the rest of the dub is, though--I have total voice-crushes on Laura Bailey, Cristina Vee and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn. ^^;
