I've just gotten first celebrity crush too.
I don't get the resentment of his wife (she seems lovely) or feel especially guilty about it like some people here. I think because it's so obviously not a real possibility. It's just a smile on my face whenever I see his picture or hear his voice. I think I'm aware enough that his public face isn't the whole truth that I can be too serious about it. But I understand that weird "Ugh I didn't ask for this" feeling, totally. I don't understand people who can be all public and excited about things like this. It feels like an awkward, inconvenient secret.

In my case it's made worse by the fact that he's still unknown enough that his girlfriend posts pictures of him playing computer games, feeding his friend tacos and being tucked down in bed with a cold. This feeling of "BUT I WANNA BE THE ONE WHO BRINGS HIM TEA WHEN HE'S SICK :( " is really frustrating.

Yeah. Most people involved with this other band are always posting silly pictures and videos of themselves doing silly things. I'd love to just be part of their little circle and take part in the silliness, but I also want to be romantically silly with this one person.

Hold me, anon! It feels so good to find someone who understands.
