It is more that Captain America doesn't seem to have any flaws in that movie. Courageous. Strong. Loyal. Friendly. Born Leader. Fucking artistic.

Jealous of Peggy's and Howard's relationship (or what he imagines their relationship to be). Awkward with women...and not in a "cute" way, but in a way that's genuinely cringeworthy. Naive. Stubborn to a fault.

He's a great guy, no doubt about it, but I definitely think he has enough flaws to be a good character, as well.
