Is there a way you could politely ask to not receive fanart? Why are they giving you porny stuff in particular?

With the information given I am having trouble deciding how to feel about this, the artist in me is crying at the thought of someone just crumpling up and throwing away art I give someone. But I would never give someone something inappropriate to them either.

I also save all the art given to me, even if an artist is not as "good" as I am I really appreciate people spending their off time making artwork for me.

Really? I don't expect people to save things that I've drawn to them and I don't mind if they throw them away. Sometimes tastes just clash. It's not like I love everything that's given to me and save that stuff forever.

That's not a very good idea. Keep it in a file somewhere in case they ask you about it later. Or else admit to them it's not to your taste. Half and half is just going to get you in trouble.
