I'm very tempted to fuck up rude customer's accounts. I'm getting sick of how cruel they are, threatening to get me fired from my job for...going my job.

WHY ARE YOU BEING AN ASSHOLE AND THREATENING ME FOR DOING MY JOB. Why are you so petty just because I need to clarify some minor details. You'll ruin my life and make me jobless and argue for hours over a phone number

(not going to do it obviously but it would be very easy. Our calls are not recorded and I can see EVERYTHING and my bosses are not going to fire me for following protocol)

Dude, this could be easily traced by the police. I am all for a mass revolution on behalf of the service workers but you can't do it alone. We just have to bide our time and find another outlet for the anger, like making Sims of all the customers and torturing them hilariously.
