Yes, because gay marriage should be arbitrarily inserted into every single game, book, movie, and TV show just for the sake of having it there, whether or not it's relevant to the storyline, so that you can squee over DA HOT GAYNESS!!!!1

You've really really missed the point of including non-heterosexual relationships.

And why does it have to be relevant to the story? Most romances are already shoehorned into stories that seriously don't need them. Why not make a few of them gay? Wouldn't making gay/lesbian romances not a special thing normalize them? Isn't that the goal?
