Well, Richard Armitage apparently enjoys roles that leave him tied up about once an episode. He only has himself to blame.

This brings back memories. Sweet, kinky memories. Ahhhhh, RA being tied up and abused while wearing black leather. Paradise.

RA gets tied up and abused and beaten in almost every role he ever plays. At this point I'm starting to wonder if he has a repressed kink and picks his roles for just that reason (disclaimer: I don't seriously think that, I'm just joking around).

Do you know who does though? His producers..... Or the casting agents of British television...XD

Damn is he pretty in this show. I only started watching it myself and it's a good thing Armitage is pretty, because it doesn't do much for me. (Maybe it gets better? I'm mostly watching for Armitage in leather and Marian anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.)

Sorry to disappoint, but it really doesn't get much better.
My unsolicited advice: try to find the humour in it, it makes the whole thing a lot easier. Especially during series three.

Judging by the whole "then these gifs happened", I take it you haven't actually watched the series itself? Well, y'know, YOU TOTALLY SHOULD. Guy got beaten up, tied, mindfucked, half-drowned, and so forth in pretty much every episode, so it'll definitely be right up your alley.

I have seen a few episodes of this show and all that got me through them was him and his leather pants.

Typically seeing people tied up in provocative ways does nothing for me and yet this photoset...

Well, shit. Apparently I need to go back and watch this. (I watched the first few eps but Robin annoyed me... however, this I may watch for. >_>)

Oh man, I just started watching this show a few days ago! And I actually had no idea that RA was even in this, or at least didn't make the Guy = Thorin connection until after I saw his name in the credits and used le Google, lol. Same for Viserys too, I hardly recognized him.

So, weirdly, my family used to watch this show when I was younger, and I didn't really love Guy but I *adored* Robin, so I shipped Guy/Robin hardcore (as opposed to Robin/Guy). I guess I never noticed how often *Guy* was the one tied up/injured/whatever ... xD

I have only just this second realized why there's been a sudden influx of reviews for my Robin Hood fan fiction. D'oh!
