Okay, apparently Hilary Duff had an eating disorder, and there are photos of her of around that time and also of her after she recovered a healthy weight.

OP has an eating disorder and/or a skewed perception of what thin/normal/healthy is, so she (? sorry, OP, I'm assuming you are female here but correct me if I'm wrong please) is idealizing sick!Hilary's figure and calling her pretty and so on, while at the same time acknowledging that this is wrong and Hilary is healthier now.

OP admits that she wants to see anorexia as a fantasy and Hilary's pictures help her.

OP then jumps into a non sequitur of how Hilary is good-looking but had to be born with a bad voice to balance that out (?).

Also, OP thinks Hilary has horse teeth or something, which further proves beyond all the other worrying text in the secret that OP's perception of human beauty and what a healthy body looks like is shot to hell and needs therapy ASAP.

Not OP, but Hilary did have horse teeth. She got dentures that she eventually filed down.

Oh, definitely not bad at all! I think OP just referenced the fact that everyone called her horse face during that time. Otherwise this secret would make even less sense, since OP seems to glorify her appearance. Especially with the teeth
