The most realistic fantasy series I read is the Black Company by Glenn Cook.
I don't think it features a single rape.
Maybe because the women encountered and focused on are as much badasses as the men, in their own ways, and that like men, some of them use magic.

Or maybe it's because the author, who was in the military, doesn't have any inclination for rape fantasy.
