I didn't know the Japanese name it went by, but it's not my first time seeing this sort of thing. :)

I think it was years ago, but I remember watching some online stream on cosplay and they interviewed a skinny Japanese guy who did this sort of thing (he dressed up as a girl). His body was better looking than mine, but he had one hell of a butterface. It totally makes sense why he would be into that type of cosplay (and is why I always wonder about butterfaces even today, haha). But I also think that's one of the cool things about it too- masked people are always so mysterious~

For me, it only starts to get a bit creepy when it's used for sexual purposes. DX

ahh ok XD that's cool though! the first time i saw it was at otakon and im like AH WTF. so most reactions are understandable, lol.

i agree @_@ luckily from what i've gathered, thats only a tiny tiiiny portion of the people who do it. for most people its just a hobby.
