I haven't watched much anime lately let alone dubs(I prefer subs because reading a stupid line gives me much less embarrassment squick than hearing it, but I'll watch either.) so I'm not really familiar with any of the VAs in the new cast. I have no idea what to expect. My main worry is it kinda weirding people out if LE gets aired on TV again, and they don't realize the first series is from ten year ago. It's my main fandom right now, and I'm really hoping it gets shown on TV and the fandom explodes. Even with all the crazy and BS that will come with that.

I watched it subbed as it was airing. Personally I loved it, I loved all the characters, the plot seemed a bit weak at times especially from the antagonist side. I ended up thinking their reasoning for their plan, and the plan itself were kinda stupid, and nonsensical considering everything else in the series. My opinion on it seems to differ from a lot of other people in the fandom.(Though I'm not really sure how much of the hate is the typical TO MANY ICKY VAGINAS! thing. I know Fam gets a lot of shit when from what I've seen she's a female Claus, who just better at carrying the plot, and for a while as it was airing some people were weirdly determined to blame the child empress of the antagonist country for what the Big Bad bishonen was doing in her name.)I definitely intend to buy it, but I suggest watching it before you decide if you want it or not.

I wonder what channel it will air on if it does? I haven't seen any new anime on TV since Bleach and Naruto. It would be nice if LE got a larger fandom :)

Female hate comes with most anime I have watched sadly. Ladies just can't catch breaks no matter what they do.

I'm hoping it'll be on any channel that will give it optimal viewing. Almost everyone I talk to who has seen it really likes it, but no one is in the fandom.... ;_;

Oh Gundam Wing. The hatred you had for Relena knew no bounds (and because I was young and foolish, I was one of them at the time *hangs head in shame*).
