If you don't mind my asking (if you are still reading this thread ... sorry I was commenting on the other replies), are you saying you believe in an immortal soul, but don't believe in a personal God? At least, the non-theists I have spoken with, don't believe in a personal God, or a God they can have a relationship with, but they would not go so far as to say there is no God at all ... I did not really understand where they were coming from tbh.
When you say "soul-focused" do you mean you worship your own soul? Or that you don't think you have "a" soul, but you and everyone else are part of one soul that you worship but is not God ... ? I have read variations of these beliefs on mailing lists over the years.
