I initially started binding for dysphoria reasons, but even though that's lessened a bit with regards to my breasts, I still generally use my compression shirt instead of a bra simply because it's so much comfier. Plus, most bras don't really keep you from jiggling all over the place and that movement distresses me, so it's nice to be able to keep them mostly holstered. I'd pretty much recommend compression shirts to any female-bodied person who's sick of bras, regardless of their gender identity XD

Anyway, as a trans guy, I'm not judging. Do what you gotta do to make living in your meatsuit as bearable as possible.
