I tried the Good Eats waffle recipe, after many years of wanting to! We had leftover buttermilk from something else, so I made them. And it was good. Our waffle iron is kind of old, so they were softer than I think they're supposed to be. They will be better when reheated in the toaster.

I use that one every time I make waffles :)
