I tried watching some of the documentaries in the Craft In America series on the PBS website.

I really enjoyed them. Not so subtle rec here ;)

wow, that looks right up my alley :) Is each episode about a specific topic or should I start with episode one? Being a needlecrafter I immediately wanted to watch the "Threads" episode first.

I've watched the first 3 and they've been pretty loosely themed, like the Community episode featured both a craft colony and a woman who made necklaces from discarded crack vials. There's no overarching story (or narration for that matter) so I'd say start with whatever one intrigues you.

Definitely exciting

Just went to an archery introduction lesson thing and tried shooting with a longbow..It was fun as hell and I want to try it again.

Putting two small braids in my hair and clasping them together at the back of my head. I loved it!

I tried the Good Eats waffle recipe, after many years of wanting to! We had leftover buttermilk from something else, so I made them. And it was good. Our waffle iron is kind of old, so they were softer than I think they're supposed to be. They will be better when reheated in the toaster.

I use that one every time I make waffles :)

Streaming a hockey game over my phone+LTE? It uh, went well. And they won (after being down a couple)!

I tried steaming some salmon in a new bamboo steamer I just bought. So tenderrrr and flaky, plus I didn't expect the herbs I threw in to actually flavour it.

Tried a new food--some kind of pasta and potato things. Didn't like them. Which is weird, as there are very few kinds of pasta I do not like.

I ended up not being overly fond of them either, the last time I made them. Maybe I made them badly... though the rest of the family seemed to like them.

That was them, yeah. Everyone else here liked them too. Guess it's just a matter of taste.

Tried to resurrect a fallen character in mid-battle, after several major quests not knowing what that spell was actually for (they call it "unconscious" when the character is dead, damn it). Loved it.

I tried the fries at a new restaurant. They were great.

Anal sex (again, but it had been years since the last time) and yeah I still do not like it
