If you're an AA-A cup, you probably won't even need to bind; just get a tight sports bra. I'm in the same boat chest-wise and I've crossplayed for years, never bothered with binders. I'm flatter than the woman in picture with her binder on just wearing a sports bra, or no bra >>. As someone said above, she's probably a small band-size C or D, though.

That said, if you like binding, who cares? Your friends probably won't. Whatever's comfortable for you. There are some doucheholes out there who will get weirded out, but those doucheholes exist whether you're binding or not (I had a woman at a con flip out on me about "crossdressing" in my street clothes because I "was binding"... I wasn't, I was just wearing a normal bra under loose material. She actually grabbed my shirt and yanked it down to see my bra straps when I said so. Gee, thanks lady. I don't feel flat enough already.)
