Hey Stan, you're starting to sound a little bit weird again, dude. Relax.

I haven't watched "MegaForce" beyond the first episode. The extremely Ham-Fisted way they tried to connect this newest incarnation of the Power Rangers, with MMPR, bugs the heck out of me. Reworking the episode, so it comes off as an extremely sub-par rehash of "Day of the Dumpster"? No thanks.

What is up with these last two seasons? First, just a rehash of the Sentai now a rehash of MMPR. This is looking terrible. I guess they're playing it safe considering how many times this show has been canceled but come on.

My poor fandom has been so full of anger and discord lately. I has a sad. :(

It's been anger since parts of Samurai and that makes me sad too. :(

Wow, seriously? It's only been three episodes and we're already hating on characters? SHINE ON, YOU CRAZY FANDOM!

But seriously, I thought people would hate him because he just feels like they're tapping into Billy for his character.

The boards have been hating on the whole season since the name was trademarked, why let a silly thing like "only three episodes aired" stop them from hating characters?

I mean, the only fandom I have seen consistently hate on the canon more than PR fandom is comics, and PR fandom goes about it just as irrationally. Samurai is a smudged xerox of Shinkenger? WORST THING EVER, HOW DARE THEY NOT BE CREATIVE (THE RUSH JOB TO GET A SHOW OUT IN LINE WITH THE TOY RELEASES BANDAI ALREADY HAD PLANNED DOESN'T EXIST SHUT UP). Megaforce isn't going to be a xerox of Gokaiger? WORST THING EVER HOW DARE THEY TAMPER WITH PERFECTION (I NEVER ASKED FOR CREATIVITY SHUT UP).

Being in PR fandom is a constant reminder that the worst part of fandom will always be the fans.

Noah's a different kind of nerd. He's more of a sci-fi guy, laughs at cool rubber suits, he's very secure in his knowledge and he's a little snobbish. I like that. (Maybe Episode 3 addressed that a little, I haven't seen it yet.)

But if there's really that much vitriolic hate for him that's not cool.

Wow, how much hate is he getting? I don't hang around most of the fandom so I don't see most of it. Some things bother me about him, but overall I like him.

Anon, I would say that you should friend me immediately, but I'm a bit concerned about your anger management issues, tbh. There are actually some people enjoying the show, keep your chin up, it'll be okay. <3

Wow, where are you seeing the hatred? Most of what I've seen seems to be love for Noah. In fact, he's quickly become my favorite of the Megaforce team! He's smart, but he's not a blatant Billy clone either.

A lot of the backlash I've seen has actually been against Troy, because he's really not shown any personality in the three episodes so far, and his acting is, quite honestly, not very good (for PR, that is).

It kind of weirds me out that the helmet has lips.

Wow, I hadn't seen much hatred for him, most everyone is happy he's 200% (or was it 200 times, I can't remember) better than Kevin. :|

I adore both of them, it took me a bit but yeah.

I have no frame of reference for the character, but I do take umbridge with your assertion that hating a character because he reminds you of yourself is inherently "a serious problem."

Like I said, maybe the character is sunshine and rainbows, but putting that aside, if you have behaved awfully, you should hate the parts that made you behave so poorly. To act as if you shouldn't is just the worst kind of hugboxing. "You're OK just the way you are!" is not always applicable.

Don't recognise him, he must have come out after I stopped watching.

You need to relax. people are allowed to dislike him
