Wow, I hadn't seen much hatred for him, most everyone is happy he's 200% (or was it 200 times, I can't remember) better than Kevin. :|

I adore both of them, it took me a bit but yeah.

There was a big shit storm last year over some homophobic sounding tweets after he was shocked a character he was auditioning for was gay and he didn't want to do it. I can't remember the exact wording but people said it wasn't the first time he did something like that.

I have no idea if he actually is or people just assumed the worst or what...

Oh dear. Well, it's not the character's fault and I do how to separate between the two. Just makes Najee a little less hot now.

(I think people assumed the worst because they already hated his bad acting and just latched on to it as another reason to hate. It's silly but I kind of hope one day he sees sense and realizes how wrong it is, but I'm a fangirl so what do I know?)

The one in your lovely icon! Don't get me wrong, I loved the canon relationship with Mike and Emily. I squeed hardcore when I saw they ended up together (and in Power Rangers universe, damnnnn that was a big step). But Mike and Kevin had awesome chemistry that I could just see it.

And really? He was the one I would give most improved through out the series. Najee really stepped it up and did some great reactions as well as deliveries.

I didn't think he was that bad but parts of fandom gave a me hard time for liking the guy for various reasons. *sighs*
