My friend and I reckon it could be a flying type, as it looks like it can jump and maybe float and the ribbons remind us of wind. Dunno how likely that is but I'm kind of hoping so.

Although light also sounds cool. I hope it can float or something, I can imagine it floating over fields and having races with other pokemon
