It looks alright, I guess, but I don't think it has the slick and mystical quality the others had. Some of the Eeveelutions are designed really well, but I think this is just sort of generic girly thing.

I don't like this Eeveelution :( Idk I'm not a fan of cute Pokemon designs, I guess. Especially if they have bows and whatnot. I'll get used to it. Glaceon used to be my least favourite, but now it's my favourite. But only as female. She looks edgy and amazing~

I don't care for it. I don't like the design at all; it's ugly and it looks like a horrible cross between an Audino and a Buneary. That particular shade of pink has also been used like what, a dozen times now? It's not original and it also isn't as sleek-looking (imo) as almost all the other Eeveelutions.

I hope it's Light-type because if it is I'll be really happy that Light exists, but if there are other Light Pokémon I will probably choose them over Sylveon.

I don't mind the design (I think it's kinda cute), it just doesn't match with the rest of the eevee line.

That being said, I'm placing bets on it either being normal or fighting. My second guess would be flying or steel, or a new type if they're going to add a new type.

I want to like this Pokémon (Eeevee and its evolutions are some of my favorite Pokémon), but there's just something... boring about it. vOv

I guess they can't all be hits.

It's less the ribbons that bother me than the eyes. Holy crap, those are huge eyes. That stare into your soul.

Otherwise I like the design fine. Normal, Flying, maybe Dragon at the outside, I feel.

(Which should have been Leafeon's name. The hell kind of name is Leafeon, anyway?)

Well it's name is Slyveon, and seeing as:

1. All other prefixes have to do with type
2. 'Syl' means 'with' or 'together'

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's dual-type.

Also I'm really hoping the gender ratio is something like 97% male because that would be hilarious.

I just came here to comment about the supposed "Light-type" people are talking about.

If they are going to make a new type, it's not going to be called Light-type. In japanese, they do not use the word dark, or an absence of light, to describe the type. They use the kanji for "evil" or "bad". So if there were going to be a counter-type to Dark, it would be Good-type or Hero-type.

I don't think they'll even make a new type to counter dark anyway cause it's already pretty balanced.
