Yeah, I also think it is Derek and Stiles. At first I couldn't figure it out, but then I noticed the moles are the same a Stiles'. Without the Teen Wolf secret below I wouldn't have figured it out.

The red eyes are also a hint. We can't really see the clothes, but I'm guessing there's a leather jacket and a red hoodie.
