I'm already pretty similar to my dad, so I'd probably look even more like him; my name would probably be Claudio, which is the name my parents had picked out had I been a boy. And I don't know, I'd probably be kind of a dick, because a lot of my douchier tendencies were forced out of me by my mom who thinks girls are supposed to be sweet and accommodating (but obviously doesn't think that about men, given that she married my father).

Heh, I like it, but I can just imagine how it would be butchered interpreted by the folks I grew up with. I'd end up "Claude", pretty much for sure. Which is kind of hilarious because my actual name also has French roots.

It is not ;) Depending on the story you believe, I'm named after a flower (that my mom grew a lot of when she was pregnant with me), an opera character (from La traviata ) or a turtle my dad owned as a child (my favorite version!).

I have no idea where they got Claudio; I doubt it was from the Shakespearean Claudio, but that would be kind of cool.
