How would you like it if, at review time, your boss focused exclusively on your faults and deigned to acknowledge any of your positive attributes? Would you throw up your hands and say "oh well, it's not like I should expect to be a household name or win awards?"
Not that I expect you to either care or to respond, since you've said in the past that you do not respond to comments on your posts, but hopefully you'll at least read this and think about it.
