I'm guessing that they mean the fabric rips? That is quite common, but if that is the case I'm just going to be like, cry more and YMMV. The artist drew it that way for their own tastes.

Pretty sure OP is talking about the type of holes you see in the black fabric here. I say this because they are ever-present in superhero-related fandoms, what with spandex being a common fabric and all. Pictures where the fabric around the vulva/ass is damaged to create these sort of holes is something I see a lot.

I'll admit to being a fanartist who's drawn that look and probably has a bit of a fetish for it-- it's covering just enough to be enticing. Plus it's how certain fabrics would rip and stretch, so it's accurate...?
