I'd ask if you deliberately picked the three most disturbing possible examples, but I'm pretty sure there are some worse ones. Those three are all pretty bad, though.

Did you not see the movie? He doesn't do that. O_O I think the script writer originally wanted to throw that in, but a chorus of sane people luckily stopped that from happening.
