Too many, so much office politics bullshit, and inability to do any sort of staff development.

It's just, in my volunteer job (which is what I'm waiting on the full time contract for) I had a signed letter promising attachment to a specialist unit before I was out of training - as soon as I met the non-negotiable requirements for time served and operational skills demonstrated, the best posting when I was out of training, and leading a team at six months.

Whereas my full time job left me in a shitty position for twenty months, and gave me a petty promotion in which they effectively straight up lied about what I'd be doing. And the candidates here aren't even a shadow of the quality of those I out shined in my volunteer job.
