But are you an adult?

If you're 12 and the guy is 27, you're not his equal.

But if you're 25 and he's 40, then you certainly are.

Given the photos used, the secret didn't seem to focus on an age-gap so much as statutory rape. I think that's all the poster you're reacting to was pointing out.
