Re: Lines you wish you could erase from canon
It's not even about "forgiving" things, it's that I start to feel about the bad parts like I feel about the flaws of some generally good person. Sometimes they only make this person sweeter; even if they don't, without them a human being would turn into a freaking spiritual goody. Not exactly a kind of thing one wants to happen to their friends.

It's not that I like the badness or think it's good, it's that I like the fact that the badness is there and IS bad and yet the show has plenty of untainted goodness left over.
