I'm curious. Does the internet help or hinder that then? Since it's hard to tell who you are talking to and if they'd ever be attracted to you.

Also does this mean gay men are extra scary?

The internet helps, because I don't generally find cyber contact threatening in any way. It's pretty much only when I'm interacting directly with someone that it comes up.

And yes, this extends to gay men as well. It doesn't help that a lot of the gay men I know find women not just unattactive but repulsive in every way, and are pretty vile about that. It's just...an issue I have.

how do you even tell though? Not all guys that are attracted to you are gonna hit on you.
