Joan from Elementary keeps inspiring me to take up jogging, except I always stop short of actually doing it. Like, I have all these plans, but then it's cold out and I can't.

But one day. ONE DAY.

I advise you to go for it, anon! It takes a bit of effort to get into, but remember you can take it for a short distance at first and gradually increase over time. It made me feel really good before I banged my knee up (unrelated incident) and had to stop.

I could also advise, if you can't get outside because of the weather, finding a somewhat sheltered spot to jog around, such as an underground parking area, a clear spot in your living space, or a garage if you have one. It might look silly, but it does you almost the same good and helps you build your stamina up for when it's nicer out.
