2. I hate how everyone has to end up convienently paired with each other in fandom. There's an arc of Final Fantasy VII stories that I still do love but eventually it just digressed into the authors trying to pair everyone up with someone else ... and somehow having it work out. But it's true. There's no good het out there really. It's sad.
4. Yeah, that's insanely rude.
12. I can't stand that. I like my RPs to be the kind that I'm not stuck at my computer staring at it waiting for the next response. The very few I actually RP with these days, we run off and get take out or annoy our pets, or mingle around the house mindlessly and then come back thirty minutes later.
13. Yeah ... I kind of thought I wouldn't have the time once I grew up ... how wrong I was. I don't dedicate as much time to it these days as I did about two years ago, but I'm hardly out of it.
14. Agreed. AUs can be great if someone could actually write them well. Sadly, most people think an AU should be throwing the characters into a completely implausible situation and putting them in highschool ... and labling it an AU. AUs should subtle shifts in things that can alter everything, not an excuse to do whatever the hell someone wants to do with a character.
19. Mine too. I loved Edward.
20. I know how you feel.
21. I've had bisexual boyfriends, or just guys who were so involved in fan stuff that they just didn't care about the yaoi. My best friend and her boyfriend relate to Roy Mustang and Maes Hughes leaving me as Riza -- yeah, we're a bit strange at times -- and I asked him one night if it was weird to have a yaoi-ful desktop wallpaper of Hughes and Roy and he was all, 'If Roy was my best mate, sure. But Roy's my girlfried.'
22. I hate people who are like that. What the hell is wrong with a female character, yanno?
24. Yeah. I had a friend like that once. He knew that I have been wanting to do an online manga for years, and I was very supportive ... but then I saw his art. >_>
