Alfie Allen, at least, is incredibly unattractive. I'm suspecting this will start being ignored because a bland white British guy being subjected to soul-breaking torture at the hands of another bland British guy is too yummy to resist.

As a straight guy, I think it varies (he does have an odd face) but I don't think he's ugly. He looked pretty good in Season 2 IMO.

It's kinda weird how Theon, an attractive character in the books, is unattractive (imo) in the show and Jorah is the opposite--ugly in the books, hot on TV.
