Re: What do you pack for lunch?

I can't stand any of the non-refrigerated stuff that's marketed as lunch stuff. It all tastes like chemicals, even single serve soups in microwaveable cups. I have access to a fridge and I usually cook a chicken breast the night before and bring that, plus a small salad and maybe some fruit if something I like is in season. I also buy the economy packs of Fiber One bars and throw one of those in there for a mid morning snack because it's almost 7 hours between breakfast and lunch for me.
