While I pretty much enjoy everything Pixar does that doesn't involve cars, I do agree that its getting a bit ridiculous (though at least Cars 2 didn't win anything, except hopefully some Razzies or something). I definitely think HTTYD should have won in its year, even though I actually prefer Toy Story 3 as a movie (but this is because it's the end of a franchise I'm attached to and thus not entirely because of the objective quality of the movie, assuming such a thing exists).

I also really enjoyed Brave but am actually fairly surprised that it won. The only other nominee I'd seen this year was ParaNorman which was ... okay, definitely a much better movie than I expected it to be, but ultimately I would say Brave was probably better, just for how amazing it looked.

However I am pretty sure Wreck-It-Ralph will be my favourite animated movie of the year, once I actually get to see it.
