It's "L'Emmerdeur", an awesome French movie starring Jacques Brel and Lino Ventura. It had an American remake called "Buddy Buddy", incase you've seen that one.

No problem :D I'd fully recommend them both, if you ever have a chance to see either! The original is definately the best, but the remake -- starring Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon, BTW -- is also good (it's pretty much the only remake that I actually like).
