You sound like a troll. The Viral thing gave you away (unless you are reeeally good at missing spoilers).

Though if you aren't, Kamina being offed was a surprise, but this is GAINAX we're talking about. They love pulling shit like that.
And Kamina's death brought out the ~~faggotry~~ GAR SPIRIT in Simon. It was an awesome twist in the series and I'm glad he isn't coming back.
But alas, we can't all love the same characters. So I respect your opinion as long as you don't shove it onto the GL comm or anything.

After some thought I guess I was too mean. Not that I usually care but maybe you were just slow and caught on to the ~~OBVIOUS~~ hints that Viral would turn good.
And it's totally okay to dislike Nia. I guess I was miffed that you offed her as the most annoying little girl ever when she's totally not. But that's really just your opinion so whatever. And that you didn't realize the real reason behind Kamina's death or that he was part of the first arc not the whole series.

And I don't really hate you I just like spouting shit. D:

lol weeeeeeeeeeeell I'm not quite sure how the Viral thing is trollish...when I made this secret a long time ago (at least a week I think?). Back then, I had just finished watching the ep where it's revealed that Nia is a princess (barfffff). A few days after posting my secret I came across some comic strips on ygallery where Viral was reading the same gay shit, the kind of stuff Simon and Kamina spewed in earlier eps. And then I had a big laugh when I finally found time to catch up to ep 21 because I was inadvertantly right. XD

I tried looking up a general GL fandom comm, but couldn't find one. It's just a bunch of pairing comms, which I have no interest in unless it's Simon/Viral, and that doesn't even exist it seems. :( And anyway, the only people I force my pairings on are my friends when they ask what kind of fanart I want.

I dunno mainly, I'm just sad all the characters I end up really liking die. It usually ruins a series for me. I still keep watching but it's not with the same enthusiasm I think.

And the princess thing DID open her up for "BARF COOKIE-CUTTER CHARACTER" and I didn't like her at all in the beginning. But after seeing the way she believed Simon (when others didn't) and stood up to Adiane and the Spiral King (then rode in Simon's cockpit to fight with him), I couldn't help but think she was awesome (especially for someone who was brought up with as little knowledge as possible). And then the anti-spiral thing just made her kick-ass.
But everyone has their own tastes, and I respect that. Hell, I dislike Kamina but I'm not going to bash anyone who likes him.

The series is all about Simon growing up and becoming the awesome Space Pirate from the first episode (not about the OT3). Kamina was just part of the growing up, and though it DOES suck when your favorite character dies, Kamina played a huge part in the series and it's nice to look back on those old episodes and respect the series as a whole.

I know what the series is about now, I mean, I have completely caught up with what is out. ;) But back when I made the secret I just wanted to vent right then and there, regardless if my opinions changed in the future (most did).

The whole moon thing doesn't make sense to me though. How could it have been both an anti-spiral device AND one of the Spiral King's mechas? Am I just missing something here? Hopefully it'll all be explained.

To tell the truth, the latest arc has been a blur with me. I was kind of annoyed at how RANDOM it got sometimes. Almost as if Simon was just so invincible, he could do anything. And yes, the moon WOULD destroy the earth, but there's a catch, it's not actually a moon! Whooo we don't have to worry anymore! :S

I think maybe the anti-spirals had taken over his ship and contained it with their anti-spiral magicks, disguising it as a moon. Then setting it so it would react to the one million babies? I dunno, lol. Gainax is uh...special.

Yeah, the more you think about it, the less sense it makes. XD

What? I swear I've seen a ton of Simon/Viral pictures. Maybe it's not as popular on LJ or in fanfiction or something, but it seems to be all over 4chan.

Nono, I mean an LJ comm. I only go to 4chan when I remember it exists (like right now lol). And ygallery has a few pics, but mainly it's just Viral by himself. :)

Ah, okay. Sorry, I assumed you meant that the pairing didn't exist. ^^;
