Ah, okay. I have no idea what 4chan even is - I'm not into Anime - so yeah.

It's at the point where it doesn't really have anything to do with anime anymore. 4chan is an imageboard that was originally home to the people who were too asshole-ish to post at somethingawful.com. /b/ is the board associated with image memes such as the O RLY? owl, WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW? Burger King king, "DO A BARREL ROLL," and longcat. Many of the members there are pissed, and rightly so, about a sudden influx of stupid from places like Gaia online, a site that once had promise but is now inhabited almost entirely by idiot tweenage morons. The Gaia users ("Gaiafags") don't read the 4chan rules, post stupid crap constantly, and have no true understanding of the board's subculture. If they understood, they would know exactly why nobody wants them there.

"Furfags" is referring to furries, people who for some reason or another think that their souls are that of animals. Most of them don't do this in any sort of spiritual way, and it annoys 90% of the people on the internets who are in the know. They dress up in animal costumes/fursuits, and the extremists even have sex while wearing specially-designed fursuits.

Everyone on 4chan is a faggot. It's not even really related to homosexuals anymore at all. By virtue of posting on 4chan, someone is likely to call you a fag, whether it's newfag, tripfag, gaiafag, furfag, or "WHAT IS THIS FAGGOTRY" in general. It's become a totally different kind of slang within the 4chan context, especially if you're on /b/.

All in all, if you haven't heard of it by now, you're probably better off just avoiding it. I personally love 4chan, but I mostly lurk, so. Much of it is NSFW (though they have SFW-specific boards) and if you go anywhere near /b/, you should expect racism, gay-bashing, and people laughing at the suffering of others. After all, Anonymous (term for each and every 4chan poster who posts anonymously, also used collectively) is part of the INTERNET HATE MACHINE! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UxWgRY1I_SI)
