What Time does UPS reach your home, F!S?

Some people get packages in the day. Others, like myself, get packages at around 7 at night.

What about you, and do the UPS leave your package in odd places -

WAIT THEY JUST SHOWED UP FINALLY!

The US mail carrier reaches between 3 and 4-ish and UPS is early, but varies.

(And I'm sad to see that the post won't be delivered Saturdays anymore. I /love/ the mail system.)

They cancelled Saturday mail in a lot of places over a year ago. I live in one of those places and it sucks.

They drive by my house at least a dozen times a day and then finally deliver my packages between 7pm and 9:30 pm even though we don't live in a special exception area that allows them to deliver after the 5 pm deadline.

Can be 9-11am, usually about 10am exactly.

I will sometimes get the 5pm random ass run from a non-regular delivery guy.

And I'm in an apartment so always right by the door, nice and easy, well no always easy as I abuse the hell out of my amazon prime.

I abuse the hell out of my amazon prime. I do the same thing! My UPS guy asked me last week if I've ever seen a store :D

At Christmas he was delivering like 10+ packages a day. I gave him a nice gift card for all his hard work lol.

We did the same for ours because he deserved it. I wonder sometimes if he has any customers with more volume than our house haha

My parents hoard collect books, and receive lots of author copies of ones they themselves wrote. I just housesat for them for 5 days and got packages each day- 1 box ARCs, 1 box cds of audiobooks, 3 boxes of books they'd ordered (from alibris, University of Chicago Press, and Edward R. Hamilton Discount Books- my parents' preferred crack dealer!).

UPS usually leaves them on the porch on or behind a box thing that has our garden hose in it. Sometimes they don't knock or ring the door bell, which is fine because my mom usually sees them arrive (usually between 10-2) but I personally hate it when stuff is sitting out there in plain sight. I had a package containing a textbook I needed ASAP disappear from my apartment doorstep when I was in college. D:

It depends. Generally they arrive around 10am, but then other times they won't arrive until 7pm. Maybe it depends on the driver?

Once I found a package from Amazon in the corner of the deck away from my door. That was really odd.

I saw a post on Consumerist where a delivery service (It may have been UPS or not) had TOSSED a pretty big package onto the customer's BALCONY.

Holy shit. That's insane. If I had been that person and it had been me, I would've been pissed.

Mine was in the snow for hours, so the books I got were ruined >:/ I had to send them back.

Around 2 pm. I hate that because it made me miss my delivery of Sims 3 University Life because I had to go babysit. Damn why couldn't it have been before 12 or after 5

Usually around 2-4, but I have got a few packages at 6 PM before.

The packages tend to be left on our porch beside the door.

I think I've only had one package, ages ago, arrive in the morning. Otherwise, it's pretty much between 3-6pm.
