As the person above said, smile. Even though they can't see you, it really makes a difference in how you sound.

Are they going to call you or are you going to call them? Either way be sure to be in a place where you won't be disturbed/distracted. Obviously don't have your computer on in front of you or anything like that, or your TV. If you have a pet, make sure it's somewhere where it won't make noise/distract you/require your attention.
