Fat people are gross.
I don't get why you butthurt fatties are always complainting about not having "plus-sized main stream" role models in the media. Obviously there's not a lot of fat people in main stream media because they're gross to look at and promote obesity, which isn't healthy.
This show looks terrible, I give it half a season before it gets rightfully canned.

I wish the fat character hadn't been the one with the mental issues, though. It almost feels like all they're trying to say is "this girl is fucked up, don't be like her" rather than create someone worth identifying with.

All I'm saying is I wish there was a fat character and one with a mental illness, rather than having them be one and the same.

I just marathoned this entire show last night (from like midnight to seven am) and I am so absolutely in love. I don't think I've ever seen a show with so much heart, tbh.

I am 21 and in a lot of ways "past" some of the issues Rae deals with, but I definitely spent the entire finale crying because I was that girl in so many ways and it really hurts to see people feeling like I did and I am just so happy and proud of her for handling life as she has.

And seriously, the entire cast of characters are insanely believable. I love Chloe, despite how awful she can be, Archie is my absolute favorite, and Kester is so amazing. And Tixie <3 I just, I want to cuddle this show forever and I cannot wait til the next season because it is just so unbelievably moving and awesome and captures the teenage experience so well, even if you've never been fat or mad or both.
