Re: Spicy food lovers

Part of it is acclimation, but part of it is also just your palate. I can't handle spicy foods at all, even though I'm happy to try things that have flavor outside of just "spicy." (It usually ends up with my mouth burning for a while after, though.) My partner, on the other hand, loves spicy things and isn't bothered by them at all. I don't know how he does it, and I'm not sure he does, either xD;; It's just the way our tastes are.
