Re: How do you eat your eggs?
(Anonymous) 2013-03-08 01:12 am (UTC)(link)Scrambled, if they are just so. I'm really picky about my scrambled eggs -- they have to be broken in to a hot skillet and scrambled -- whisking beforehand just makes this yellow blob of egg mess that I don't care for.
Fried, over medium or over hard. I actually prefer over-medium, but it's difficult to get it right with the whites all the way done and the yolk hot and just starting to thicken up but not yet approaching solid.
