Hmm... thankfully other people already mentioned some of mine. I'll go with Invasion America. I want to know what happened to Rita, and how David and Cale interact, and I want awkward culture shock between David and the Ooshati because he's totally the heir, but he was raised on Earth as an ordinary human.

... Oh, screw the phantom bonus points. Also, Gargoyles. Let's pretend the 3rd season never happened, too. Why? Because it was freaking awesome. And now the comics are cancelled, too (afaik). Need more story! Other cartoons: The Zeta Project, Big Guy & Rusty (mainly because I love the art style-- not so much for the people, but all the computers and things; also, cliffhanger).
