I love the Disgaea 2 manga a lot. I made icons for my Adell journal and then loved them so much that I had to steal them from... myself. It's just so adorable.

The Disgaea 2 manga is so adorable. I love all the references it has for other games. Though I'm still waiting for a Phantom Brave one. :| And honestly, I think it fills in a lot of "feel" for the game. I felt Disgaea 2 had some parts that were sort of lacking because there wasn't much interaction, but I think the manga really helps fatten up those parts. It's a shame only one chapter is published every month, though. This isn't Detective Conan. GD-it a chapter a week.
