... I'm into Trek for the Spock/McCoy, which means I'm screwed both New Trek and Old. Old Trek was all about the K/S, and New Trek seems to be all about the Kirk/McCoy (with Spock/Uhura on the side) or the K/S again.

This so much! I'm a fan of the old Trek and honestly thought that Spock/McCoy was one of the most famous ships when I went looking for fic - yeah, I was naive...
(But how could I not think that? With all the "Spock's-spirit-is-in-McCoy's-body-until-his-body-is-restored" and arguments and tension between the two!!! Argh!)
