Go to a fandom, eliminate the "/works" part of the link and voilà, you can see all the tags related to that fandom instead of the top 10.

Perfect solution? Not at all, but right now it's the only option :/

Plus as you filter down, the top tens change, so you might see things you want in the dropdown.

And then there's just the autocomplete box if you wanna skip the middleman.
