Re: Gaining weight, how?
This is armchair fitness advice on my part, but people I know have gained weight this way. If you don't have any medical issues maybe you can give this a try.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-12 01:44 am (UTC)(link)to add to this, I remember finding an awesome exercise (I can't find the page again :( ) that involved holding yourself up with your arms, and try to stay there for a while (like, say, 30 seconds), and then try to build up to increments (45 seconds, 1 minute, 1 minute 30 seconds, etc.)
here, I made a handy diagram:
if you can't manage, to build up to that you can start by making pushups against a good sturdy wall
also, for your legs, I've found that doing this and staying for as long as I can (only a few minutes orz) has made my legs stronger:
